運送政策

• 免費送貨服務 (只適用於香港)；
• 海外送貨收費根據貨物包裝大小重量計算；
• 落單後2個工作天內，將有專人聯絡顧客確認訂單，並按顧客要求安排送貨；
• 每張訂單只限單一送貨地點；
• 送貨地址如有任何變更，顧客有責任即時通知本公司；
• 星期日及公眾假期，不設送貨服務；
• 於惡劣天氣情況下 (例如︰八號烈風或暴風信號 / 黑色暴雨警告信號生效時) ，本司將會取消並重新安排送貨時間；
• 本公司保留權利決定拒絕向任何顧客送付貨品；

Delivery Policy

• Free delivery fee (Hong Kong Region Only);
• Delivery fee for overseas order will be calculated by packing size / weight;
• Our staff will contact the customer within 2 working days after the order is placed, we will confirm the order and arrange delivery according to the customer’s request;
• Each order is limited to a single delivery location;
• It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us immediately for of any changes of the delivery address;
• There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
• We will cancel and reschedule the delivery time in case of inclement weather (e.g. typhoon signal No.8 / black rainstorm signal is hoisted);
• Infinta SciTech (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely;
